Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken - cut into 8 pieces
- 4 cups of rice
- 2 big onions - cut into round pieces
- 3 pieces of cloves
- 1/4 cup of oil
- 2 fresh tomatoes - cut into slices
- 4 cubes of maggie
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 table spoons of powdered curry
- 2 pieces of cinnamon stick
- 4 pieces of cardamon
- 1 table spoon of chopped coriander
- 2 pieces of bay leaves
- Salt - as needed
Recipe
- Fry the onion, when it become brown add the garlic
- Put the chicken, tomatoes, and all of the other spices
- Keep it on a low heat until the chicken is cooked
- Then, take the chicken out and put it in the oven
- boil the rice, and when it is half cooked add it to the other mixture (tomato and spices)
- Cover the pot until the rice is well done
- Finally serve the rice with the chicken on the top
